Fun and Friendly classes for both men and women of all ages and abilities. Classes are held in the community of Hockley, Leigh and Westcliff, and now ONLINE in the comfort of your own home.
I am a qualified fitness professional with more than 20 years of experience. Please read ‘about me’ tab at the top of the page for details.

ONLINE Pilates with Rachel VIP group
In a private Facebook group, there are new classes posted live every month.
Plus you get access to all the previous classes in the group with over 250 classes available.
If you cant make the 'live' class, the workout is saved to the VIP group, so you can complete it at a time that suits you.
The classes are varied, and sometimes we use small pieces of equipment such as resistance bands, mini soft balls, a chair or light weights. Only £10 per month, payments are made quarterly.

Community Classes
Classes are held in Hockley, Leigh on Sea and Westcliff, every week. Please bring your exercise/yoga mat and if you have a resistance band, please also bring that with you. The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels as I offer modifications throughout, then you can decide what level is suitable for you.

Pilates Mat Class for all.
