Fitness Classes & Pilates
Fun and Friendly classes for both men and women of all ages and abilities. Classes are held in the community of Hockley, Leigh and Westcliff, and now ONLINE in the comfort of your own home.

ONLINE Pilates with Rachel VIP group
In a private Facebook group, we have 2 x weekly sessions over 4 weeks.
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am are the 'live' classes.
If you cant make that time, the workout is saved to the group, so you can complete it at a time that suits you.
The classes are varied, some no equipment is required other than your mat, and others are with small pieces of equipment such as resistance bands, mini soft balls, a chair or light weights.

ONLINE Group, HiiT & Weighted Workouts
A Live Hi (and Low) intensity interval training (Hiit) session on a Tuesday, and a weighted workout on Thursday.
Both at 8.30am, and they are 30 min classes.
For the weighted workouts we use light handweights &/or ankle weights in a full body conditioning and strengthening class.
