Fitness Classes & Pilates
Fun and Friendly classes for both men and women of all ages and abilities. Classes are held in the community of Hockley, Leigh and Westcliff, and now ONLINE in the comfort of your own home.
I am a qualified fitness professional with more than 20 years of experience. Please read ‘about me’ tab at the top of the page for details.

ONLINE Pilates with Rachel VIP group
In a private Facebook group, we have 1 x weekly session over 4 weeks.
Every Thursday at 9.30am are the 'live' classes.
If you cant make that time, the workout is saved to the group, so you can complete it at a time that suits you.
The classes are varied, some no equipment is required other than your mat, and others are with small pieces of equipment such as resistance bands, mini soft balls, a chair or light weights.

Community Classes are All back.
Classes are held in Hockley, Leigh on Sea and Westcliff, every week. At the moment we are not using any equipment, so I ask that you just bring your exercise/yoga mat and if you have a resistance band, please also bring that with you. The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels as I offer modifications throughout, then you can decide what level is suitable for you.
The current timetable is listed below, and you will need to book your space in the hall, please contact me to check availability.

Wednesday - 9:30am
Hockley & Hawkwell Methodist Church, Main Road, Hockley, SS5 4QY.
Pilates Mat Class for all.
